In 2000, Paul Zimmerman discovered a missing link along the Victoria harbourfront. He later found that the entire harbourfront was filled with obstacles, making it impossible for him to walk along the coast.
Since then, Paul has continued to keep an eye on and study various types of missing links in both urban and rural areas. He created a website to document path conditions and related follow-up works, aiming to improve urban accessibility and grant citizens their walking rights.
